Arrival in Kathmandu (alt. 1300 m), transfer to hotel

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Our guide will provide you with a detailed briefing about the tour. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk through the bustling local market.

Kathmandu Full Day Sightseeing

After Breakfast, our guide will meet you at the Hotel to explore the diversity of Kathmandu. Today we will visit: Pashupatinath Temple: The largest Hindu temple in the world, located in Kathmandu by the Bagmati River. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Boudhanath Stupa: One of the largest spherical stupas, 11 km from central Kathmandu. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Swayambhunath: Also known as the Monkey Temple, this ancient hilltop complex west of Kathmandu is a key Buddhist pilgrimage site and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Drive : Kathmandu to Bhaktapur and to Nagarkot (alt. 2175 m)

: You begin your day three with a short (1 hour) drive to Bhaktapur after your morning breakfast. Here you will explore the historic Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a former royal palace complex. It housed the Malla Kings of Nepal from 14th to 15th century and the kings of the Kingdom of Bhaktapur from 15th to late 18th century. After your tour around the historic city of Bhaktapur you will now be taking a half hour drive to Nagarkot. A hotel in Nagarkot will be your night halt.

Drive : Nagarkot to Kathmandu (Departure)

You begin your day four with a mesmerizing sunrise view from Nagarkot. Afterward, depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a short hike in the hills of Nagarkot before we drop you at the airport.
